What exactly is a digital wedding invitation?
It is a personalised website for your wedding, with your story, the details of the day (venue, timings, transport, dress code) and a form for guests to confirm attendance. You share it with a link on WhatsApp or email, and it can replace or complement your paper invitation.
How do guests receive it?
Through a link: send it by WhatsApp, email, or even a QR code printed on your paper stationery. It opens on any phone or computer, with nothing to download.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The invitation opens in the browser and the RSVP takes under a minute, no account required.
Can it be in several languages?
Yes. If you have guests from abroad, the website can be shown in English, Spanish, German or other languages, and every guest reads it in their own.
How do we see the confirmations?
In a private, organised dashboard: who has confirmed, allergies and dietary needs, plus-ones, shuttle and song requests. You can filter it and export it to Excel for your caterer or planner.
How long does it take?
Between 7 and 10 working days from the moment you send us your content, with two revision rounds included. In a hurry? Tell us your dates and we will see what we can do.
Can we change things after it goes live?
Yes. Timings, shuttles or any last-minute detail update instantly — that is the whole point compared to paper.
What happens to our guests' data?
It is processed under the GDPR: used only to manage your wedding, never shared with third parties, and deleted after the event if you ask us to.
