This policy describes how we process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process and why

Contact form: names, email, wedding date and message, in order to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.

Published invitations (RSVP): the data guests enter when confirming (name, attendance, allergies and dietary needs, plus-ones, song) is processed on behalf of the couple or wedding planner who hires the service, with Coconut Wedding acting as data processor, exclusively for the management of the event.

Legal basis

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the service contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, the data subject's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Health data implicit in allergies and intolerances is processed solely to organise the event's catering, with the guest's explicit consent when submitting the form.

Recipients and processors

We do not share data with third parties except under legal obligation. To provide the service we use providers acting as processors or sub-processors, such as Vercel Inc. (web hosting) and our email delivery provider, with appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where international transfers exist.

Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts or until you request its deletion. Guest data for each wedding is deleted after the event within the periods agreed with the client.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to pligeromuntaner@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
