Fixed price per wedding, VAT included. We never charge per guest or per reply: 60 guests or 300, same price. If your wedding needs something beyond these plans, tell us and we will quote it. The extra 5% ends when the countdown does; the 15% stays until the campaign closes.

At Coconut Wedding it ranges from €290 (Essential plan, with RSVP and 5 sections) to €490 (Atelier plan, with 9 sections, unlimited languages and your own domain). It is a fixed price per wedding: we never charge per guest or per reply, so 60 guests or 300 costs the same.
Every plan includes bespoke design: typography, palette, structure and copy are built from scratch for your wedding. We never use templates with your names pasted on top, not even on the entry plan.
No. The plan price covers design, launch and hosting until after the wedding. If you later want to keep the website as a keepsake or add the post-wedding gallery, we agree that separately.
Signature includes two languages and Atelier includes unlimited languages. If you are on Essential and need a second language, we quote it separately — write to us and we will give you the exact price for your case.
We work with a 50% deposit when you accept the proposal and the remaining 50% before the website goes live. Bank transfer or card, always with an invoice.
For most weddings, yes. Printing and posting 100 paper invitations costs around €400–700 and collects no replies. Our most complete plan is €490, includes the RSVP and does not go up even with 250 guests.
Before you decide
That is completely normal — most couples arrive here undecided. The difference between the plans is not how beautiful the invitation looks (we take the same care with all three), but how much logistics your wedding involves: shuttles, guests travelling from abroad, whether you want your own domain, or whether your planner needs to export the guest list.
Tell us how many guests you expect, where you are getting married and what worries you most about the organisation. We will honestly say which plan fits — and, above all, which one you do not need to pay for.
All three plans always include: bespoke design (never templates), a mobile-first website, RSVP with a replies dashboard, last-minute changes at no extra cost, and support right up to the wedding day.
