The digital invitation is simply another service you offer your couples: you book us at our price, add it to your quote with whatever markup you choose, and the difference is yours. Our planners apply around 20% on average — but the percentage is yours to decide, wedding by wedding.
How it works

- We handle the design, the revisions and the support — under your art direction if you like.
- You invoice the couple and pay us our price. The difference stays with you.

How much can a wedding planner earn from digital invitations?
You set the markup you apply on our price. Our planners average around 20%, which is €58 to €98 of margin per wedding depending on the plan. Across 15 weddings a season that is roughly €1,170 extra without growing your team.
Can I offer the invitations under my own brand?
Yes. We design the website under your art direction or ours, and your brand can stay front and centre. You keep the relationship with the couple; we handle design, revisions and support.
How do I manage guests across several weddings at once?
Each wedding has its own dashboard with structured replies: confirmations, allergies and dietary needs, plus-ones, shuttle and song requests. All your active weddings share the same format, so your team gets it at first glance.
Can I export the guest list for the caterer?
Yes, to Excel or CSV, filtered however you need: confirmed, pending, diet, shuttle or table. Each vendor receives only the data that concerns them.
Who supports the couple during the process?
We do, unless you prefer to be the single point of contact. We adapt to how you work: we can speak to the couple directly or always go through you.
